Shipping is charged at £9.75 per order excluding VAT.

British Islands, Ireland and Europe

Shipping is charged at £47.50 per order excluding VAT.

The rest of the world

Shipping is charged at £65.00 per order excluding VAT.

Delivery policy

  • We aim to despatch all standard items within 24hrs of receipt of your order.
  • Special/bespoke signs will be despatched within 7 days of receipt of artwork approval

Artwork

  • Artwork will be produced in advance of manufacture of bespoke signs.
  • Where logos or corporate identification are to be included on the sign(s), artwork should be supplied to Sign Supply in either Freehand (eps) or A.I. format for PCs. There will be an additional charge for the creation of artwork where suitable digital copy is not available.
  • Manufacture of bespoke signs will commence only upon receipt of signed artwork approval forms.

Installation

  • Should you choose to have your signs installed by one of our in-house installation teams, we will commence installation 15-20 days from receipt of your order for standard items or 15-20 days from receipt of artwork approval for your bespoke items.
  • Our installation quotations assume that installation will be undertaken during normal working hours and with uninterrupted site access, unless the quotation expressly describes that alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Returns policy

  1. It is our aim that all of our products should meet your needs and expectations, and we will put our maximum effort into resolving any issues that arise. However, should it become necessary for you to return any item, please note the following terms apply:
    1. Except in the case of custom made goods, the purchaser may return the goods within 30 days of order and the company will refund the price of the goods after deducting, in certain cases, a re-stocking charge and any collection charges.
    2. In order to benefit from 1.1 above, the purchaser must correctly follow the company"s returns policy set out in 1.3 below.
    3. The purchaser must contact the company"s customer services team on 0870 2402678 and notify the intention to return the goods. All returned goods must be securely packaged and the purchaser shall be liable for any damage or losses due too inadequate packaging of returned goods. The goods must be received in re-saleable condition for credit or refund to be considered.
    4. In the case of custom made goods, then orders may only be cancelled or goods returned with the agreement in writing of the company and on the terms that the purchaser shall indemnify the company against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the company as a result of the cancellation or return.
